“Our task must be to free ourselves… by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.”
- Albert Einstein
Hockman Ranch Sanctuary is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, halfway between Molalla and Estacada.
Our mission and purpose is to provide a forever home and sanctuary for abandoned, unwanted, neglected, and abused farm animals; those in need of safety, rehabilitation, and a home to live out their lives in peace. We work to promote animal rights awareness, advocacy, and compassionate vegan living.
The sanctuary is home to a large variety of animals, including: horses, goats, sheep, farm pigs, potbelly pigs, geese, ducks, chickens, and more.
Caring for our plethora of rescue critters takes a great deal of time and finances, as an all volunteer run organization we greatly appreciate assistance from our friends, family, and folks just like you!
